First, have a look at our web site; if there is something you are in, do not hesitate to call us.
The sheet-fed rotary die cutter from STAN58 is about 10 to 15 times faster than a flatbed cutter, while being only 5 times more expensive. It comes equipped with a vacuum-assisted sheet feeder, a speed control panel that can be freely adjusted in the course of production and a sheet counter. It is simple, reliable, cheap (at least in our opinion) and easy to operate.
The machine uses plywood shell rotary dies (internal diameter = 350 mm) and works at a speed of about 3,000 sheets per hour. It also uses standard cutting anvil covers (Martin 616).
The standard length of the main roll is 75”. Total power consumption is 7.5 kW (6kW main motor, 1.5 kW vacuum fan).
**************************
The flat-bed diecutter (also known as the roller press) from STAN58 is a cheap, simple and reliable machine designed to cut and/or crease the sheets of corrugated cardboard (including double-wall), corrugated polypropylene, paper (including sandpaper), vacuum formed trays (both blister and skin-pack types) and similar materials using a standard plywood die.
Flat bed roller presses are what we started with in 1990 and now we have nearly 500 of them working in Poland, Russia, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Finland, Israel and some ex-Soviet countries so remote that we cannot even begin to spell their names.
Currently our flat-bed presses come in the following dimensions (length of main rolls, mm) : 777, 1000, 1250, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2400 (i.e. 30" to 94")
