HISTORY
Our company was established in 1982. We are operating on the domestic and foreign market for more than 25 years. The profile of our operation includes production, trade and services in the technical business. The high quality of our products is reached thanks to the production processes based on ISO 9001. We only use materials from leading and reliable producers along with the appropriate quality and compliance certificates

LOCATION
The main office of ABC-KLIMA is situated in the south of Poland in Bielsko-Biała, in a highly-populated and urbanized area ( Górny Śląsk, Kraków, Częstochowa, Opole) close to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine. The company also has a large branch in Nysa, where there are storehouses and a production branch. Taking into account the dynamics of our company’s development, we are planning to form a new branch in the north of Poland (Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia).

ACTIVITY
At the moment our company does mainly selling, installation and service of air-conditioning and ventilation units. We also produce air-conditioning and ventilation installations which directly fit individual customer’s needs. Customer satisfaction is an overriding value for us. This is why we are one of the few companies in Poland which, apart from professional installation, offers to its customers such a range of services included in the cost of air-conditioning units. These are among others:
- 24-hour service
- permanent service under the guarantee including executed work and delivered devices (free for 2 years)
- conservation service after a guarantee contract
- extensive and specialist guarantee and post-guarantee services; twice a year (free for 2 years of guarantee)
- keeping device books
- periodic services of any installations
We have a separate department of services with its own mobile staff being at our customers’ disposal 24 hours a day. We work efficiently and fast.
